  • the functional objectives (assistant, commercial, technical, informational),
  • the required reliability parameters,
  • the training chain based on the sector of use.

Planning allows you to transform an idea into a concrete, traceable, and verifiable solution, ready to move on to the subsequent stages of customization and testing.

Inserting a prompt chain for the assigned role

The heart of every Charlie is the prompt chain: a structured sequence of instructions that guides the AI's behavior. Here, the following are defined:

  • the rules of language, to ensure communicative coherence,
  • the operational boundaries, with what it can and cannot do,
  • escalation procedures towards the human operator when necessary,
  • the ethical principles of the AION Code, integrated directly into the response logic.

Thanks to this chain, each Charlie takes on his own operational identity and becomes an assistant capable of acting with precision and responsibility in the context entrusted to him.

Tests, trials and corrections

Each Charlie undergoes rigorous testing and inspection, essential to guarantee quality and reliability. During this phase:

  • real scenarios are simulated with complex questions and requests,
  • the correctness of the answers with respect to the objectives and ethical principles is verified,
  • any errors or ambiguities are identified and targeted corrections are made,
  • The consistency of the user experience across different contexts is measured.

This cyclical process ensures that each Charlie not only functions, but is also ready to confidently handle the customer's operational reality.

Specialized training

After the testing phase, the Charlies enter a targeted training program, tailored to the industry and the client's specific needs. This includes:

  • dedicated databases (technical manuals, legal documents, internal procedures),
  • industry terminology, to ensure accuracy and competence,
  • complex operational scenarios, to refine the ability to manage non-standard requests,
  • linguistic customizations, which allow each Charlie to reflect the tone and style of the organization he represents.

This training makes each Charlie not only functional, but also recognizable and unique, perfectly aligned with the context in which it will be used.

Chatbot customization

Each Charlie is designed to best reflect the customer's identity. Personalization includes:

  • graphic interface (colors, logos, icons, position on the site),
  • initial messages and suggested questions, designed to welcome the user and guide him,
  • dedicated features (FAQ, contact forms, live chat, integrations with CRM or external platforms),
  • tone of voice and communication style, consistent with the corporate image and brand values.

Each customer has a private, password-protected control panel from which they can:

  • check in real time the conversations between Charlie and the users,

  • monitor the performance and overall effectiveness of the chatbot.

This autonomy allows the customer to have complete transparency and directly evaluate the benefits generated by Charlie, while maintaining the security of the system under AION supervision.
